Exclusive: Glamour's Ally Pyle test drives Rockstar Workout

On a wet Monday evening the last thing you feel like doing is a workout let alone a workout with other journalists equally as tired (the week after London Fashion Week) jumping around with the more energetic people from Nike.

But that is what I did and it ended up being a lot of fun. Dressed head-to-toe in the new Nike kit, naturally, we were taught the first few sequences of the new Nike Rockstar Workout, this time themed on African dance, both traditional and hip-hop inspired. It is a bit tricky to get your head around but, once you do, it becomes a fun and different way to tone up for all the impending Christmas parties.
