Vogue's list of the 50 most glamourous women is causing something of a stir. Not least because The Queen, 81, has made it in due to her country classic style.

With a combined age of 273, the list also includes Helen Mirren, Vanessa Redgrave and Charlotte Rampling, proving that age and allure are not incompatible.

For the style bible, the Queen storms into the list because "She is as glamorous in her brogues and headscarf in Balmoral as she is wearing the crown jewels."

We couldn't agree more and can't wait for HRH to bring out a range of clothing for TopShop or H&M.
